Hi, my name is Simon.
I am a fitness trainer with over 35yrs experience. I provide personalised coaching for everyone from beginners to professional sports people. I have a background in both strength and endurance sports, training individuals, groups and teams.
I teach several fitness classes each week ranging from Studio cycling, body Conditioning, H.I.T.T., Kettlebells as well as Mobility and Stability classes.
